Farm Boy- Michael Morpurgo

This Michael Morpurgo's book is about a small boy, around fifteen, living on a farm with his grandpa. Although this would not appeal to most fifteen year old boys, he loves it as his grampa tells him stories about him and his family. He told him about him going to war with his favourite horse and adventures he had to overcome. I didn't really like this book as it was boring and there was only one good scene. I would recommend it to boy under ten years old as it was quite childish. I would rate this book 7/10, I would have only given it 5/10 if it wasn't for a good ending.
